gency- arranged Tour Contract

1. These tours are arranged by A&A (home office: 4-10-3 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo <Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Registered Travel Agency No.1289>, hereafter referred to as the eCompanyf), and the client buying these tours automatically enters into the agency-arranged tour contract (hereafter referred to as ethe Tour Contractf). The contents and conditions of the Tour Contract are governed by the terms and conditions of A&A agency-arranged tours, whose final itinerary will be provided before the departure and the Companyfs eTravel Agency Covenantf (Agency-arranged Package Tour Contract Section).?

1. The client is requested to complete the Companyfs booking form and to make a deposit as shown below. The deposit will be appropriated for a portion of the tour and other costs incurred.

1. The full amount of the tour price must be paid at least three weeks before the departure.

Tour price includes:

1. Transport and transfer cost explicitly stated in the itinerary such as air, shuttle bus, boat and rail fares (classes will differ depend on each tour).
2. Sightseeing cost including coach, guided tour and admission fees
3. Accommodation based on two people sharing a twin/double room with bath or shower.
4. Meals shown in the itinerary.
5. Local luggage handling fee: one item of luggage per person in local transfer.
6. Tax, service charge and tips for group tours.

Tour price excludes:

1. Cost of pre-travel arrangement such as obtaining passport, visa and other service charges.
2. Airline excess baggage fee (for non-standard baggage such as golf equipment, please refer to the airlinefs baggage information).
3. Personally incurred cost such as laundry, dry cleaning, telegram, telephone, drinks, photographs and related tax and duty, service charges and tips.
4. Souvenirs and related tax and duty.
5. Medical cost and travel insurance.
6. Meals not stated in the itinerary and other costs during the free time.
7. Single room supplement.
8. Optional tour (extra day trip and excursion arranged locally)
9. Departing airport facility fee.
10. Local airport tax and fuel surcharge.

1. The Company may cancel a tour if it does not reach the minimum number of participants stated in the brochure. In that case the Company will inform the client at least 23 days before the departure date.

1. The Company and the travel agent, whose name is shown in the box below (hereafter referred to as the Agent) may provide the personal information of the tour participant, submitted at the time of the booking, to the relevant authorities if necessary as well as using it for correspondence with the participant and arrangement of transport and accommodation.

1. Cancellation fees as shown below and other costs may apply if the client cancels the participation in the tour. As for the tours and waiver periods please see the detail stated in the separate Terms and Condition of the Tour provided separately.
2. Alteration of tour itinerary or departure date on the day of travel is deemed to be cancellation and the cancellation fee as stated below will apply. Please note the client needs to make a new booking in this case.
3. Please note the cancellation fee still apply if the company did not receive the full amount of tour price before the due date.

1. Peak season: 27 April to 6 May, 20 June to 31 August and 20 December to 7 January.

EThe terms and conditions of the tour is as of 1 August 2007. The tour price is calculated based on the airfare tables and relevant regulations made public and in effect or under application submitted to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as of 1 August 2007. Regardless of the terms 14-1to 14-3 of the Companyfs eTravel Agency Covenantf (Agency-arranged Package Tour Contract Section) which set out the change in travel fares, the Company will not increase or decrease the air fares for packaged tours, for both IIT (independent inclusive tour) and GIT (Group inclusive tour), even though the change in the air fare may fall into the allowable range.
